4 Ridley Gardens was a special house. It is a three-storey semi-detached house on one of High Park’s quietest streets. Our clients, Laura and Dale, have impeccable taste which was evident in every carefully thought-out room. It is difficult to say what was the best part of the house. It could be luxury basement apartment, or the main-floor family room, or the extra-large craft room on the second floor. Our favourite place, though? The third-floor office that featured a wall of west-facing windows and a walkout to a large patio. We never had any doubt that this house would sell easily. We were a little surprised, though, when just twenty-four hours after it came on the market a buyer submitted a bully offer.
