200 Clinton St #4

Tucked away on a quiet residential street, 200 Clinton St#4 is an absolutely gorgeous hard-loft conversion in the heart of Little Italy. This low-rise brick building (once a working button factory) is well over a century old and was converted for residential use in the 90s. With old Victorian homes on either side, this building is urban loft living in a beloved family-friendly neighbourhood. Like other hard-loft conversions, this unit is the perfect combination of old and new character. Its industrial history can be seen in its high ceilings, post-and-beam construction and exposed brick walls, but unit #4 has also been fully renovated with all of the modern details you are looking for. The open concept main floor features a powder room, trendy dark hardwood floors, a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, and a stunning kitchen with sleek quartz counters, stainless-steel appliances, and a large center island with plenty of storage. The 1600 square feet of living space is generously divided over two floors. The second floor features two bedrooms (including a master with custom Hunter Douglas blinds and custom wall-to-wall California closets), large bright windows and skylights, an open concept family room, and a large semi-ensuite bathroom with designer features, a deep soaking tub, and heated marble floors. Walk out from the second bedroom or the office to a private rooftop terrace (with its own irrigation system)-it's a beautiful space for entertaining or to unwind after a long day.
